Supreme Court declares that Marriage of Hindu Woman and Muslim Man is irregular. But, the child born is legitimate and have all the rights on the property of his Fathers. It is said that Child Born under Inter father or Inter Religion Marriage have all the rights.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाते हुए गैर धर्म विवाह जिसमें लड़का मुस्लिम और लड़की हिंदू हो तो उनके बच्चे को वैध करार दिया गया है । कोर्ट का कहना है कि भले ही शादी नियमित या जायज ना हो लेकिन, बच्चा जरूर जायज होगा । साथ ही बच्चे का पिता की संपत्ति में पूरा अधिकार भी होगा ।
