ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో భాగంగా రెండో విడత పోలింగ్‌ శనివారం(ఫిబ్రవరి 13) ఉదయం ఆరున్నర గంటలకు ప్రారంభమైంది. ఓటర్లు పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాలకు వచ్చి ఓటు హక్కు వినియోగించుకుంటున్నారు.రాష్ట్రంలోని మావోయిస్టు ప్రభావిత ఏజెన్సీ ప్రాంతాలు మినహా మిగతా చోట్ల మధ్యాహ్నం 3.30 వరకు పోలింగ్‌ జరుగుతుంది.
