ఏపీలో ఉత్కంఠ భరితంగా సాగిన పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల తొలిదశ పోలింగ్‌కు మంచి స్పందన లభించింది. రాష్ట్రంలో విజయనగరం మినహా మిగిలిన 12 జిల్లాల్లో జరిగిన పోలింగ్‌కు ఓటర్లు భారీగా తరలివచ్చారు. ఎస్‌ఈసీ పిలుపు మేరకు ప్రభుత్వం కూడా భారీ ఏర్పాట్లు చేయడంతో చెదురుమదురు ఘటనల మధ్య పోలింగ్‌ ప్రశాంతంగా ముగిసింది.పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల తొలిదశ పోలింగ్‌ ఉదయం 6.30 గంటలకే ప్రారంభమైంది.
