The Supreme Court of the country has given a big relief to 26 people including Supreme Court Congress leader Shashi Tharoor and journalist Rajdeep Sardesai. The sword of arrest for these 26 people was hanging. But on Tuesday, the Supreme Court stayed the arrest of all these people. He is accused of misreporting the violence erupted during the Kisan agitation on January 26 and tweeting in support of the agitators.

देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत सुप्रीम कोर्ट कांग्रेस नेता शशि थरूर और पत्रकार राजदीप सरदेसाई समेत 26 लोगों को बड़ी राहत दी है. इन 26 लोगों को गिरफ्तारी की तलवार लटकी हुई थी. लेकिन मंगलवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इन सभी लोगों की गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगा दी. इन पर 26 जनवरी को किसान आंदोलन के दौरान भड़की हिंसा पर गलत रिपोर्टिंग और आंदोलनकारियों के समर्थन में ट्वीट करने का आरोप है.
