Fresh fruit Cake :

Ingredients for Basic sponge
Eggs 4
Sugar 100 gm
Flour 100 gm
Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Ingredient for topping
Cream for toping 300 gm
Fresh fruit as pr choice

Eggs or sugar ko ak sath beat kren jb fulfuly ho jaey to maida essence add kr k fold kr le 180c 25 minutes tak bake kren
Phir cream whip kr k frosting kren design apni marzi say kren


Coconut tart :

Ingredient
Butter 200gm
Icing Sugar 100gm
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Condensed milk 2tbsp
Flour 300gm
Salt 1
Butter 125 gm
Caster sugar 65 gm
Coconut 65 gm
Egg 1 & 1/2
Flour 15 gm
Vanilla essence ½ tsp

Method

To make filling Butter or sugar ko ak sath beat kren jb creamy ho jaey to eggs add kr de phir vanilla essence or flour add kr k mould me fill kr de or 170 c pr 25 minutes tak bake kren


Exceedingly chocolate brownie :

Chocolate 500gm
Butter 225 gm
Eggs 3
Coffee 2 tbsp
Caster sugar 225 gm
Raising flour 75 gm
Salt ½ tsp
Walnut 175 gm
Vanilla essence 1tsp
