Caramel pound cake

Ingredients

Butter 1 cup
Flour 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Eggs 4
Yellow food color ¼ tsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
Butter milk ½ cup

Ingredients for caramel sauce

Caramel candies 15
Cream 2-3 tbsp
Milk chocolate melted to decorate

Method

Beat butter and sugar till creamy, add in vanilla, start adding in eggs 1 at a time until all have been added, add color, now start folding in the flour and baking powder mixture alternating with butter milk, pour in a loaf pan, bake for 35 mins, remove and cool, spread with caramel frosting, leave it in fridge to set about 30 mins, top with melted chocolate and chill until set.


Hyderabadi chicken yakhni biryani:

Ingredients for rice :

Rice boiled 750 gm
Black cumin ½ tsp
Bay leaf 1
Whole spices 1tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Water 4cups
Ingredients to marinate chicken:
Chicken 1 kg
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Lemon juice ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp heaped
Salt 1tbsp
Other ingredients :
Brown onion 1 cup
Green chilies 4 grinded
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp grinded
Mint leaves 1 tbsp gridded
Milk ½ cup
Yellow color ¼ tsp
Saffron ¼ tsp
Oil ¾ cup
Chopped green chilies 4 tbsp
Mint leaves 15
Green chilies chopped 4
Method
Boil 4 cups water with salt, whole spices, black cumin ½ tsp, bay leaf 1 till boiling, add 750 gm soaked rice, cook till rice half done and yakhni rice. Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, spread in a pateeli with hara masala chopped, top with half boiled rice, milk and saffron and color mixture, leave it on dum for 45 mins, open mix and serve.

Boti fry masala:

Ingredients

Bones beef ½ kg
Oil ½ cup
Onion 1 cup chopped
Garlic 1 tbsp chopped
Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
Yogurt ½ cup
Star anise powder ¼ tsp
Green chilies big ones 6
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Coriander seeds crushed 1 ½ tsp
Tomatoes 3 chopperised
Cloves 4
Black pepper 6
Cinnamon 1 inch stick
Black cardamom 1
Cumin seeds ½ tsp

Method

Heat oil, fry onion till very light golden, add whole spices, fry for a min, add chopped ginger garlic, fry for 2 mins, add beef, fry well, add 1 cup water, cover and cook until beef half done, add tomatoes and yogurt with all dry spices, fry well, cover and cook till beef tender and oil comes on top. Lastly add green
