The Telangana Chief Minister KCR submitted memorandums on 22 different issues. They include release of Rs. 450 crore - 5th instalment of Assistance for backward districts in Telangana as per State Reorganisation Act; Revival of Cement Corporation of India, Adilabad District with the help of NHAI (National Highways Authority of India); Enhancement of number of Judges in Telangana High Court from 24 to 42; Establishment of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Telangana; Sanction of Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) and sanction of 23 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNV) in new districts.

తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో బీడు భూము లకు సాగునీరు అందించేందుకు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌తో కలసి చేపట్టనున్న కృష్ణా– గోదావరి నదుల అనుసంధానానికి ఉదారంగా సాయం అందించాలని సీఎం కె.చంద్రశేఖర్‌ రావు ప్రధాని మోదీకి విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. ఢిల్లీ పర్యటనలో భాగంగా శుక్రవారం సాయంత్రం 4:30 గంటలకు ప్రధానితో సీఎం కేసీఆర్‌ భేటీ అయ్యారు. ప్రధాని నివాసానికి ఒక్కరే వెళ్లిన కేసీఆర్‌... సుమారు 50 నిమిషాలపాటు సమా వేశం అయ్యారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలకు సంబంధించిన నదుల అనుసంధా నం, ఆర్థిక మాంద్యం పరిస్థితులు, ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్‌ పునర్విభజన చట్టం అమలు సహా జోనల్‌ వ్యవస్థలో మార్పు వంటి పలు కీలక అంశాలపై చర్చించారు.
