Spicy Chicken Broast
Ingredients:
Oil for frying
Fries for serving

For Brine:
Salt 1tsp
Green chili paste 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Baking soda 1 pinch
Lemon wedges of 1lemon
Vinegar ½ cup
Chilled water as required

For Marination:
Chicken 6 pieces
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Yogurt ¼ cup
Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp

For Coating Mixture:
Flour 1 cup
Cornflakes ½ cup
Chili potato chips ½ cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper as required

For Egg Mixture:
Eggs 2
Water 5 tbsp



Method:
Mix brine ingredients and add enough water to completely dip chicken for 3 hours. Mix marination ingredients and marinate chicken for 30 minutes. Then mix coating ingredients also mix egg and water separately to make egg mixture. Coat chicken in coating ingredients then coat in egg mixture then again in coating and then in egg mixture repeat this method two times then dust extra flour an deep fry it. Serve it with fries.


German Potato Salad
Ingredients:

Boiled baby potatoes ½ kg

Chopped onion 1

Vinegar ¼ cup

Water 2 tbsp

Olive oil 1 tbsp

Mustard paste 1 tsp

Sugar 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Sliced green onions ½ cup

Lemon juice of 1lemon

Chicken stock ½ cup

Method:
Cook onion, vinegar, water, olive oil, mustard paste, chicken stock, sugar, salt and black pepper for 1 to 2 minutes. Then pour this over boiled baby potatoes. Add lemon juice and green onions and serve hot or cold.
