The country is giving a last farewell to the former Chief Minister, Sheila Dikshit, along with Soak eyes. Sheila Dikshit was the person who brought Delhi to the new dimension of development. Sheila Dikshit, who assumed power in Delhi for fifteen years, will always be remembered. But whenever the name of Sheela Dikshit will be remembered, there must be a discussion of some of her decisions which she had taken to change the face of Delhi.
