Ingredients:-
Chicken Stock
2 cup Water
1-inch Ginger, chopped
5-6 Garlic
1 tsp Salt
150 gms Boneless Chicken, shredded
For soup
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Coriander stems
1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
2-3 tbsp Garlic, chopped
3 Green Chilies, chopped
1/2 cup Carrot, finely chopped
1/2 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
1/4 cup Capsicum, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
2 tsp Red Chilli sauce
2 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
1 1/2 cup Water
Salt
Shredded Chicken
1 Egg
Corn slurry
Spring Onion, chopped
Coriander leaves
Method:-
In a vessel add ginger, garlic, water, chicken, salt, cook it for 10-15 minutes.
Transfer the stock in a bowl, take out the chicken pieces and shred the chicken.
Heat a pan, add oil, coriander, ginger, garlic, green chilies, vegetables, saute them nicely.
Add pepper powder, red chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, chicken stock, salt, chicken and mix well.
Once the soup comes to a boil, add egg and mix it slightly.
Add cornflour slurry and keep mixing.
Garnish it with spring onions and coriander.
