Chicken Manchow Soup Recipe

Ingredients

Oil - 4 tbsp
Garlic - 2 tbsp chopped
Ginger - 1 tbsp chopped
Green chilli - 1 tbsp chopped
Chicken - 150g boneless chopped
Spring onion - 1 cup chopped
Capsicum - 1 cup chopped
Carrot - 1 cup chopped
Cabbage - 1 cup chopped
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Red chilli sauce - 3 tbsp
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
Vineger - 1 tbsp
Water/stock - 1 litre
Cornflour - 3 tbsp (mix with water)
Spring onion leaves - 1/2 cup chopped
