Firefighters were battling a quick-growing brush fire that broke out on July 22 in Milpitas, California, and grew to about 300 acres.
Residents living on Weller Road were evacuated on that date as the fire spread, according to ABC 7. The fire was 40 percent contained by 6 pm.
