The Los Angeles Fire Department used drones to help battle the Griffith Park wildfire on July 10, which was contained on July 11.
The brush fire ignited near Griffith Park on the afternoon of July 10 and burned 25 acres. More than 2,000 people were evacuated from the Griffith Observatory, which was closed until July 14.
No injuries were reported, but a half dozen vehicles were scorched, according to ABC 7 News.
Eric Scott, fire captain and public information officer at the Los Angeles Fire Department, said there were no threats to any structures.
