The UNHCR worked with Bangladeshi authorities and other aid agencies to rescue and relocate Rohingya refugees from waterlogged settlements in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, on June 14, due to high landslide risk following several days of severe rain.

The UNHCR estimates around 11,000 people have been affected by heavy rainfall and landslides in recent days.
