Ingredients:-
For Dry Masala:-
10-12 Dry Red Chillies
1 tbsp. Cumin Seeds
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder

For Curry:-
1 tbsp. Oil
1 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic crush
½ kg. Chicken
½ cup water.


Method:-
The Dry Masala:-
- In a pan roast red chillies and cumin seeds and then add turmeric powder and grind to a fine powder.

The Curry:-
- In a pan heat oil and saute ginger-garlic crush.
- Now add the chicken, salt, dry masala, brown vinegar and mix well turning the flame off.
- Cover with the lid and let it marinate for an hour.
- After an hour turn the flame on, add water and cook for 30 minutes on a low flame.
- Chicken Vindaloo is ready!
