Ingredients:
For Marination
1/2 kg Chicken
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
Salt
1/2 cup Curd
For Paste
15 Cashew Nuts (soaked)
1/4 Melon Seeds (soaked)
1/4 cup Fried Onion
1/2 cup Water
2 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Oil
1 Black Cardamom
2 Star Anise
3 Green Cardamom
4-5 Cloves
6-7 Black Pepper
Salt
1 tbsp Fenugreek Leaves
2 cups Water
Method: Let's start with Marinating the Chicken with Ginger-Garlic Paste, Coriander Seeds Powder, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Seeds Powder. Next, mix all together properly then add Salt, Curd and mix it again together. Now let it marinate for 1/2 to 1 hour and keep it aside. Next, let's make the Paste for Curry for which add Cashew Nuts (soaked) in the grinder with Melon Seeds (soaked), Fried Onion, Water then grind it to smooth paste. Next, after 1 hour heat up the Pan and add Ghee with Oil, Black Cardamom, Star Anise, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Black Pepper. Saute for few moments to which add Chicken on High flame for 5 minutes. Next, add the paste, salt (as per the taste), Fenugreek Leaves and Water mix it properly. Now let it cook on low flame for 30-45 minutes. After 45 minutes your Chicken Curry is ready to serve.
