A convoy of 45 vehicles brought food, medicine and other aid to the besieged and embattled opposition-held town of Talbiseh, in the Syrian province of Homs, on June 15.
The operation was carried out by the UN’s World Food Programme, the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
The ICRC said some 83,000 people were trapped in Talbiseh and were “in dire need.” The most recent aid convoy entered the town on March 28. Credit: ICRC Syria via Storyful
