A sixth convoy of rebel fighters and their families left al-Waer, Homs, on April 24, according to activist media sources, as part of a deal that the Syrian government claims will help end fighting in the area.
Local reports said rebels and their families headed to the rebel-held area of Jarabulus in Aleppo.
The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) said that about 41 buses carrying 250 rebels with their families left from al-Waer.
