House Republicans voted to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act Thursday by a narrow margin. The GOP needed 216 votes and they did by a vote of 217 to 213. All Democrats opposed the bill, which now heads to the senate for approval. Republicans were hard-pressed to reformat the bill after it failed to garner enough votes nearly two months ago.
