The House is set to vote on the Republican bill which will repeal and replace Obamacare on Thursday. "We will be voting on the health care votes tomorrow. Because we have enough votes. It'll pass. It's a good bill," Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy said. The House rules committee was to debate the bill on Wednesday allowing the bill to move to the House floor the following day. The vote could define President Trump's presidency as a legislative victory he has been seeking.
