Today, we are putting their own festive twist on a classic Pina Colada. This is a refreshing cocktail that is perfect for those who want to celebrate with a healthy drink over the festive period.

INGREDIENTS:

50ML COCONUT WATER
35ML PINEAPPLE JUICE
25ML RUM
10 ML AGAVE
PINCH OF CINNAMON
SQUEEZE OF FRESH LIME

METHOD

SHAKE HARD, DOUBLE STRAIN OVER ROCKS IN A HIGH BALL GLASS.

GARNISH WITH A LIME WEDGE / LEMONGRASS SPRIG
