Rape Charges Framed Against Peepli Live Co-Director Mahmood Farooqui
A Delhi court has framed charges under section 375 (B) of IPC against Mahmood Farooqui, co-director of ‘Peepli Live’. The court has found enough evidence on the basis of which trial can be started against Farooqui in the sexual assault case. A US national had alleged sexual assault against Farooqi in March this year. Trial will be conducted on day to day basis.
