Recipe for: Potato & Spring Onion Pancakes

Serve this dish with poached egg or salad leaves.

Ingredients:
450g Potatoes
4 Tbsp Plain Flour
2 Spring Onions
1 Tsp Ground White Pepper
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Salt to Taste

Method:
1. Finely chop the spring onions.
2. Grate the potatoes and place them into a large mixing bowl.
3. Add the spring onions, pepper, flour, sesame seeds and salt. Mix well.
4. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in the frying pan.
5. Place 2 Tbsp of the potato mixture into the pan.
6. Apply pressure with a spoon to flatten into a pancake.
7. Fry on medium heat for 4 minutes each side until golden.
8. Repeat this process until all mixture is used.
9. Transfer onto a dish and serve on its own or with poached egg.
