1/2 Cup Whole Urad Daal (Black lentils)
1/2 Cup Rajma (Kidney beans)
1/4 Cup Chana dal
1/2 Cup Milk
Ginger juliennes
4 Cloves
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Ghee/Butter
1 Bay leaf
2 Red Whole Chilli
1tsp Cumin Seeds
3 Chillies
1 tbsp ginger garlic crushed
1 Cup Chopped Onions
1/4 Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
2 tbsp Kasuri methi
1.5 Cup tomato puree
1 tbsp Ketchup
