Parkimet ne Tirane janë kthyer ne elementin me shqetësues, ndoshta dhe një nga "tmerret" e përditshëm për te gjithë qytetaret e metropolit shqiptar, pasi rrugëve te kryeqytetit mund te shohësh fare mire makinat e parkuara ne dy madje dhe tre rreshta ne një korsi duke vështirësuar akoma me shume qarkullimin. Ekspertet thonë se kjo vjen nga vendet e pakta qe ofron kryeqyteti për parkimin e mjeteve, te cilat për shkak te emigranteve ne muajt e verës, trefishohen. Një vit me pare Bashkia e Tiranës lançoi me buje ndërtimin e parkingjeve te nëndheshme, me kapacitet 3 mije vende, e megjithatë sot është e vështire qe te gjendet qofte edhe një vend i vetëm parkimi. Qytetaret detyrohen te parkojnë vend e pa vend, e me pas ata ndëshkohen me gjoba por nuk mungojnë edhe rastet qe makinat e tyre janë marre me karrotrec. Parkingjet do te ndërtoheshin ne parkun "Rinia" dhe pranë stadiumit "Qemal Stafa" por aktualisht jemi ne fazën qe dhe sipërfaqja e tokës qe dikur shërbente si parkim është rrethuar me llamarina dhe qarkullimi është bllokuar ne këto zona pasi teorikisht atje kryhen punime. Ajo qe përditë na shohin sytë, ka te beje me parkime te dyfishta, me parkime qe zëne rrugët dhe hapësirat e pakta publike. Ndërsa bashkia mjaftohet me aksione, për heqjen e parkimeve personale te improvizuara nga pronare lokalesh apo banoret përpara shtëpisë se tyre. Qytetareve iu mbetet te shpresojnë qe një projekt i vërtete te përfundoje ne fushatën elektorale te radhës.
