Këtë muaj bëhen plot tre vjet qe kur nga Bashkia e Tiranes nuk lëshohet asnjë leje ndërtimi. Por ne një situate te tille duket se janë vene edhe kompanitë ne rrethe, qe prej shtatorit te vitit te kaluar, kur është miratuar ligji për planifikimin e territorit. Bashkia e kryeqytetit ka deklaruar se lejet e para te ndërtimit do te lëshohen pas miratimit te planit urbanistik, qe do te prezantohet ne maj. Por shoqata e ndërtuesve ngre një tjetër shqetësim, kur argumenton se nëse ka plan te përgjithshëm dhe jo te detajuar vendor, kjo do te thotë muaj te tjerë pritjeje për ndërtuesit. Për specialistet, bllokimi i lejeve te ndërtimit ka sjelle një efekt domino ne te gjithë sektorët qe lidhen me te, praktikisht ne te gjithë ekonominë. Ne prill te vitit 2009 janë lëshuar 25 lejet e fundit te ndërtimit nga Bashkia e Tiranes. Pas këtij momenti, ndërtimi i çdo lloj objekti është minimizuar ose ndërprerë, duke futur kështu ne kolaps një prej sektorëve me te rëndësishëm dhe kontribuues ne ekonominë e vendit.
