Pas një mbledhjeje maratonë, qeveria e Serbisë miratoi në orët e vona të së dielës, planin e zbatimit të marrëveshjes për normalizimin e marrëdhënieve me Kosovën. Qeveria e Beogradit komunikoi se kryeministri Daçiç ka njoftuar për këtë vendim edhe shefen e politikës së jashtme të Bashkimit Europian, Ketrin Eshton. Sipas planit, zbatimi i marrëveshjes përfshin disa elemente themelore siç janë, rregullimi i kuadrit ligjor të të dyja palëve, rrugët e krijimit të asociacionit të komunave me shumicë serbe në veri të Kosovës, çështjet e policisë e gjyqësORIRT dhe zgjedhjet për pushtetin lokal. Sipas planit, e gjithë marrëveshja duhet të zbatohet brenda gjashtë muajve të ardhshëm. Qeveria e Kosovës e miratoi të premten planin e zbatimit të marrëveshjes me Serbinë. Për zbatimin e paktit të 19 prillit, të mërkurën e kaluar ranë dakord në Bruksel, kryeministrat e dy vendeve, Hashim Thaçi dhe Ivica Daçiç. Beogradi vazhdon të kundërshtojë pavarësinë e Kosovës, por ka rënë dakord që të përfshihet në një proces të normalizimit të marrëdhënieve, në përpjekje për t'u afruar me strukturat e Bashkimit Europian.

After a marathon meeting, the Serbian government adopted late on Sunday, the plan of implementation of the agreement to normalize relations with Kosovo. The Belgrade government communicated that Prime Minister Dacic has announced its decision to the foreign policy chief of the European Union, Catherine Ashton. Under the plan, the implementation of the agreement includes some basic elements such as the regulation of the legal framework of both parties, ways of creating an association of Serb-majority municipalities in northern Kosovo, issues gjyqësORIRT police and local government elections. Under the plan, the entire agreement must be implemented within the next six months. Kosovo's government on Friday adopted an implementation plan to deal with Serbia. For the implementation of the Pact April 19, last Wednesday agreed in Brussels, the prime ministers of the two countries, Hashim Thaci and Ivica Dacic.
