Ndryshimi ne Shqipëri sipas liderit te opozitës është bere domosdoshmëri, per shkak te rrënimit qe ka sjelle qeverisja e Berishës. Gjate nje takimi me te rinjtë shkodrane ne pallatin e sportit të qytetit, Rama shpjegoi dhe disa nga pjeset kryesore te programit te PS per rilindjen kombëtare. Qeverisja së re tha Rama par ate rinjve eurosocialiste, do t'i konsiderojë qytetarët e këtij vendi si njërëz dhe jo thjesht si zgjedhës. Programi për Rilindjen shtoi Rama, do t'i japë përgjigje të gjitha vështirësive të të rinjve dhe fitorja e opozitës nuk do te jete thjesht për të qeverisur, por që të gjithë të ndjehen të përfaqësuar.
