Gjate prezantimit te programit te se majtes ne keto zona, kryetari i Partisë Socialiste deklaroi se pas 23 qershorit nuk do te lejohet me qe pasuritë e këtyre zonave te vidhen apo te keqpërdoren per interesa personale. Sipas Rames eshte e papranueshme qe ne Burrel dhe Bulqize te mos ekzistojnë as mundësitë minimale per nje jete normale; as shkolla as kopshte as mjeke. Rama shoqërohej gjate ketij takimi edhe nga deputetet Shalsi, Gjermeni si dhe anëtari i grupit te punës per programin Shkelqim Cani; te cilet kane premtuar se ps kur te vije ne pushtet do te shqyrtoje te gjitha koncesionet e dhena ne Bulqizë.
