Komisioni qendror i zgjedhjeve ka gjobitur 139 kryetare te njësive vendore për shkelje te afatit ligjor ne lidhje me përcaktimin e qendrave te votimit.
Kryetaret e komunave dhe bashkive qe nuk kane dorëzuar ende këtë informacion u gjobiten me 50 mije leke ndërkohe qe gjobën me te vogël e morën ata drejtues te pushtetit vendor qe i plotësuan mangësitë ne dokumentacion pas datës 18 shkurt. Komisioni qendror i zgjedhjeve miratoi vetëm me 4 vota raportin qe vjetor te punës se këtij institucioni qe i dërgohet kuvendit. 3 anëtaret e propozuar nga opozita nuk votuan pro raporti për shkak se propozimet e tyre u rrezuan.
