Ne kushte mesjetare, me shume se 200 nxënës zhvillojnë çdo dite mësim, ne shkollen "Hiqmet Buzi" ne fshatin Kallm te rrethit te Fierit.
Prej me shume se 20 vitesh ne kete shkolle nuk eshte bere asnje investim. Gjendja e mjerueshme e ndërtesës krijon frike e pasiguri tek nxënësit dhe personeli mesimor, pasi tavani i shkollës mund te bjere nga momenti ne moment. Përveç amortizimit te kabineteve mësimore, shkolla 9-vjeçare ka per palestër kete ambient. Ne komunën Mbrostar, drejtuesit e saj shprehen se prej me shume se nje viti kane dërguar ne Bashki projektin per rikonstruksionin e shkollës, por fondi ende nuk eshte levruar, edhe pse ndërtesa eshte drejt shkatërrimit total.
