Deputetet Socialiste braktisen punimet e seances parlamentare, pas vendimit që shpalli te pafajshem ish-shefin e gardes Ndrea Prendi dhe gardistin Agim Llupo, për vrasjet e 21 Janarit. Nënkryetari i grupit kuvendor Saimir Tahiri, tha se kjo e enjte është një ditë e zezë pasi 4 protestuesit u vrane per here te dyte, me nje vendim gjykate qe i shpall ekzekutoret te pafajshem. Kjo tregon sipas tij, se drejtësia ka rënë. Me heret Tahiri, lëshoi akuza dhe ndaj ministrit te Drejtësisë Eduard Halimi, i cili dy vjet me pare, mbante dhe postin e kryetarit te komisionit hetimor per ngjarjet e 21 janarit. Largimi i opozites ka shkaktuar reagimin e kryetares Jozefina Topalli e cila ka kërkuar te heshtin per vendimet e drejtësisë.
