Kreu i Aleancës Kuq e Zi Kreshnik Spahiu akuzon qeverinë se ka nxjerre një CENSUS te rreme, dhe se ky proces nuk do te njihet. Nga Elbasani Spahiu deklaroi se Shqipëria është një komb me 7 milionë banore dhe nuk mund te zbehet nga përpjekjet e Berishës për ta tkurrur. Kreu i AK deklaroi se Shqipëria do te mbese ne klase për te tretin vit radhazi, me një tjetër përgjigje negative për statusin nga Brukseli. Kjo note ngelëse sipas tij është për qeverinë dhe parlamentin. Sipas Spahiut Shqipëria po shkon drejt falimentimit, njëlloj siç ndodhi me shtetin grek.
