Mbeten pa pagen e invaliditetit mijëra persona me aftësi te kufizuar. Kryetari i shoqatës se te verbërve ne Pogradec, deklaron se 1700 invalidë te këtij qyteti janë ne vështirësi ekonomike për shkak te mosmarrjes se pagesës.
Krerët e bashkise se Pogradecit fajësojnë qeverinë per situatën e krijuar. Ashtu si dhe nje vit me pare, invalidët rrezikojnë te mbeten pa pagën e nëntorit dhe dhjetorit për shkak te pamjaftueshmërisë se fondeve. E njëjta situate është edhe per 2 mije persona te kësaj kategorie ne bashkine e Korçes, te Vlores, Beratit dhe Gramshit. Pagesën e invaliditetit e përfitojnë rreth 147 mije persona me aftësi te kufizuar, por qe sipas shoqatave, numri i vërtete i invalidëve është shume me i ulet. Prej kohesh ata kane kërkuar kategorizimin e invalidëve, gje qe do te zgjidhte çështjen e pagesës. Paga mujore e invaliditetit varijon nga 7 mije deri 12 mije leke te rinj, si dhe paga e kujdestareve, ne rastet kur invaliditet nuk kujdesen dot per veten.
