Ashtu si familjaret e viktimave te "Gërdecit" edhe te afërmit e te vrarëve te "21 janarit" kërkojnë te dëmshpërblehen për vrasjet e kryera përpara kryeministrisë. Klajdi dhe Ana Veizi dy fëmijët e Ziver Veizit si dhe vëllai i Hekuran Dedës i kane bashkangjitur procesit penal qe po zhvillohet ne Gjykatën e Tiranes edhe një padi civile ndaj te pandehurve te akuzuar për vrasje Agim Llupo, Ndrea Prendi, dhe Gardës se Republikës. Por sipas avokatit te afërmit e viktimave nuk kanë mundësi ekonomike për te depozituar 3% e shumës, pra 6 milionë leke te rinj qe kërkojnë si dëmshpërblim dhe për këtë arsye po kërkojnë hapësirat ligjore për shmangien nga ky detyrim. Padia u depozitua ne seancën e djeshme te procesit por ajo u kthye nga gjykata për plotësim pasi nuk ishte përcaktuar shuma qe kërkonin tu dëmshpërblehet.
