"Promovimi i abetares se përbashkët Shqipëri-Kosovë është hapi pare i madh për bashkim kombëtar ne projektin evropian." Kështu e kane cilësuar dy kryeministrat ai i Shqipërisë, Sali Berisha dhe ai i Kosovës, Hashim Thaçi, tekstin e abetares qe u promovua ne qytetin e Prizrenit. Berisha tha se fqinjët duhet te çlirohen nga shqiptarofobia. Ndërkohë, kryeministri Thaçi tha se kjo abetare e përbashkët është fitore e mbare kombit shqiptar. Ne këtë ceremoni kane qene te pranishëm zyrtaret me te larte te dyshteteve. Më 24 prill u përzgjodh teksti fitues për abetaren e përbashkët Shqipëri-Kosovë. Teksti ka katër autorë, dy nga Shqipëria, Shezai Rrokaj, Mimoza Gjokutaj, si dhe dy nga Kosova, Islam Krasniqi dhe Saranda Kumonova Pozhegu.

"Promoting the ABC that the Albania-Kosovo is the first major step for national unity in the European project." The text has four authors, two from Albania, Shezai Rrokaj, S. Gjokutaj, and two from Kosovo, Krasniqi and Saranda Kumonova Islam Pozhegu.
