Protesta e familjareve te te zhdukurve e mbajtur përpara godinës se Kuvendit te Kosovës ka bere qe Partia Demokratike e Kosovës te tërhiqet nga kërkesa për te rivotuar mocionin, i cili kushtëzon vazhdimin e bisedimeve me Serbinë, me zbardhjen e fatit te personave te zhdukur gjate luftës. Sipas tubuesve qeveria duhet ti vendose kusht Serbisë te tregoje vendndodhjen e varrezave masive dhe jo ta neglizhoje këtë çështje. Zëvendëskryeministri Hajredin Kuçi deklaroi se çështja e te pagjeturve duhet te jete një çështje unifikuese megjithatë ai shtoi se nuk duhet te ketë kufizime. Nga ana tjetër opozita e ka cilësuar si një fitore te veten tërheqjen e PDK-se nga kërkesa për rivotim. Mocioni u votua javën e kaluar pas interpelancës me kryenegociatoren Edita Tahiri por PDK kërkoi rivotimin pasi disa deputete thane se nuk e kishin te qarte se për çfarë kane votuar. Një nga pikat e mocionit e kushtëzon vazhdimin e bisedimeve Prishtine -- Beograd me zbardhjen e fatit te te pagjeturve.
