Prokuroria e Tiranes i ka dhënë fund hetimeve për ngjarjet e "21 janarit" duke dërguar ne gjykatë dosjen për 4 te akuzuar. Ish-komandanti i gardës Ndrea Prendi, ish-shefi i njësisë speciale Agim Llupo, shoferi Margarit Kume si dhe specialisti i IT-së ne kryeministri Armando Kasaj janë katër të pandehurit qe do te përballen me togat e zeza. Zyrtarisht nga organi i akuzës behet e ditur se mbi Prendin dhe Llupon rendon akuza e "vrasjes ne rrethana te tjera cilësuese". Ndërsa dy te pandehurit e tjerë Kume dhe Kasaj do te gjykohen për veprën penale te "kryerjes se veprimeve qe pengojnë zbulimin e te vërtetës". Ndërsa janë pushuar hetimet për tëtë efektivat e tjerë te gardës pjese e grupit te zjarrit Alfred Ahmetcenaj, Altin Kollçinaku, Fatos Bushati, Aleksandër Deda, Agron Malaj, Gazmen Ahmetaj, Sadik Çela Dhe Mark Nikolli. Pas hetimeve te shumta dhe ekspertizave te FBI-së grupi hetimor ka mundur te zbardhe autorësinë për vrasjet e tre protestuesve ndërsa vazhdojnë hetimet për vrasjen e protestuesit te katërt Aleks Nika si dhe plagosjen e protestuesve Artes Dybeli, Ilia Qesko dhe Ilia Papa. Ish-komandanti i gardës Ndrea Prendi tashme akuzohet zyrtarisht për vrasjen protestuesit Faik Myrtaj ndërsa vartësi i tij Agim Llupo akuzohet për vrasjen e Ziver Veizit dhe Hekuran Dedes.
