Ne një kohe kur Komisioni i Ligjeve po shqyrton draftin për Gjykatën Administrative, ambasadori amerikan Aleksandër Arvizu i ka bere thirrje politikes te miratoje sa me shpejt bazën ligjore për ngritjen e këtyre gjykatave.
