E përfolur si pretendente për pasardhëse e Bamir Topit ne zyrën e kreut te shtetit, Jozefina Topalli edhe pse nuk e ka pranuar ende drejtpërdrejt një ambicie te tille, as nuk e ka fshehur atë kur gjate një aktiviteti me gratë, u shpreh se femra shqiptare është e afte te marre edhe drejtimin e shtetit.
