Eksperte te Ministrisë se Brendshme dhe te Prokurorisë se Dibrës po hetojnë për te përcaktuar nëse gjate shpërthimit te se martës ne Bulqizës ka pasur shkelje te rregullave te punës.
Por deri tani, për shkak te nivelit te larte te gazit ne galeri, specialistet nuk kane mundur te hyjnë ne vendin ku ndodhi shpërthimi. Vetëm pas pastrimit te ambientit nëntokësor, pritet qe te behet këqyrja e plote e vendit te ngjarjes, si dhe marrja e provave materiale qe mund te hedhin drite mbi shkakun e shpërthimit. Ndërkohë, Prokuroria e Dibrës e cila po drejton hetimet me një grup te posaçëm me 5 prokurore nen dertimin e kryeprokurorit te rrethit Hysni Vata, ka sekuestruar te gjithë dokumentacionin e kompanisë koncesionare "ACR", si para, ashtu edhe pas grevës, ku përfshihen te gjithë urdhrat e punës, si dhe akt ekspertimet e Repartit te Inspektim Shpëtimit te Minierave, një strukture kjo qe varet nga Ministria e Ekonomisë. Paralelisht po mblidhen edhe dëshmitë e minatorëve te plagosur, si dhe punëtorëve te tjerë qe kane qene pranë vendit te aksidentit tragjik. Deri tani janë marre ne pyetje 24 persona, qe nga drejtuesit e "ACR" e deri tek punëtorët e thjeshte.
