When it comes to training in brazalian jiu jitsu there is no other place id rather be then nj united mma. I love this sport and everything that it has done for me, and more importantly the guy who made me always want to learn more Jay Hayes. Jay has an incredible understanding of jiu jitsu and what it takes to effectively apply technique in live rolls. One of my favorite parts of this academy other then the team atmosphere is Jay's extreme attention to detail. Jay literally breaks down everything move by move to make it easy to learn. He also will show you common mistakes, which i find to be very important as well. Whether you are training just to train, or you have a competitive spirit Jay has set up classes to reach everyone's needs and goals. The academy itself is clean, safe, and has a very big team atmosphere. It makes training here very welcoming and inviting. It is top notch instruction from a top notch instructor. NJ United MMA has literally become my home away from home and will stay that way for a very long time.
