Training at NJU has been one of the best descisions I could of ever made for myself. I lost between 15 and 20 pounds, and the training has taken the edge off of my daily stress. I walk around feeling healthier both physicaly and mentally. Both my wife and I look forward to our son beginnning the youth classes when he becomes of age. The people at NJU are a family, and I have already made some great friends. Jay, Derek, and Corey are amazing instructors, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I would reccomend this school to anyone considering martial arts training, for themselves or for their child.
