Ingredients
60 g all-purpose flour (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) = 2.12 oz
20 g corn starch (2 tbsp) = 0.7 oz
80 g granulated sugar (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) = 2.82 oz
30 g vegetable oi (flavorless oil) = 2 tbsp
40 g coconut milk = 3 tbsp =1.4 oz
4 eggs medium size (50-56g)
1/2 tsp cream of tartar or 1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pandan extract
100 ml whipping cream = 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp
20 g coconut cream powder = 2 tbsp = 0.7 oz
