Mexico: 23,000 "disappeared" since 2011

In addition to Mexico's skyrocketing death toll in the war between law enforcement and drug cartels, since 2011 the number of those who have been forcibly disappeared has topped 23,000. Government authorities are meeting with the Red Cross to consider strategies to deal with this solution. The Red Cross will provide technical assistance and training and instruct law enforcement on the use of "humane practices". Clayton Conn reports from Mexico City. teleSUR
