For the second time in the country's history, the Peruvian Congress has forced the resignation of the Prime Minister. Following the removal of Prime Minister Ana Jara and her cabinet, President Ollanta Humala must appoint a new cabinet and if he fails to do so or if his proposal is not approved, legislative elections must be called. In the congressional vote, the left-wing parties voted for the motion proposed by the right-wing opposition, in part over opposition to Humala's neo-liberal policies. The developments over the past few days represent the greatest challenge yet for Humala's administration. Rael Mora reports from Lima. teleSUR
