In the wake of the latest scandal involving domestic espionage on the part of Peruvian President Ollanta Humala's administration, the country's Congress voted to remove Prime Minister Ana Jara as head of the Council of Ministers. She was accused of having allowed the country's intelligence agency to spy on opposition politicians, journalists, and others. With the censure motion, the presidential cabinet members must resign and Humala must appoint another cabinet. teleSUR
