Dearest Mother I love you so,
Mere words cannot tell how,
The love I feel inside for you,
Cannot be hidden somehow.
In heaven you must be special,
No one could take your place,
That goes for here on earth as well,
And also outer space.
You're always there when needed,
No lecture do I hear from you,
You simply say for me to pray,
And the answer will come unto.
Now this may not seem like very much,
But everytime your right,
It works for me and others too,
We all have seen the light.
So as I grow I'll not forget,
You taught me how to pray,
For this will help me throughout my life,
Day... by Day... by Day.
