A Playthrough of the FreeSpace 2 Modification Into the Halls of Valhalla: Police Action released by the ItHoV Team in 2004 on Insane Difficulty by Novachen.

It is time for one of the true classics of FreeSpace2 mods: Into the Halls of Valhalla, the quite unknown unofficial sequel to Derelict. But before, we are playing its Prologue which is named only Police Action. It takes place one year after the destruction of the SD Nyarhalathotep.
After the destruction of Capella there are some economical problems within the GTVA. But Representative Nan'su has some ideas to solve them, but their are some opponents of his plans, of course. So it is, as the squadron leader of the 70th Blue Lions, our task to escort Nan'su safely to the General Assembly
Hints:
This mission does not have a debriefing.
Police Action does not have a starfield background, it was added by myself.
Into the Halls of Valhalla was one of the first campains in which the player plays a real character who is speaking during missions.
The default loadout is sufficient for this mission.
After the GVT Ogdoad arrived, go in escort position, and wait for the incoming bomber wing.
Intercept them right after they arrived the battlefield.
Ignore the GTFr Brute Force and the Hercules fighters attacking it, you can not save it. Keep yourself near the Ogdoad and intercept the Hercules only if they are approaching.
If you are able to destroy the PC Knave yourself, you can perform a Bonus objective, but it is not an easy task, because you are occupied with the incoming Bomber and Fighter wings.
Try to bring the Transport through with much kills as possible, because that can be a hard task.
This mission ends automatically if you are reach the Beta Aquilae jump node.
