Kawanishi police arrested a Japanese office worker in his 20s on Thursday for rubbing mayonnaise on high school girls. Hideki Yamaguchi is accused of putting mayo on a 15-year-old girl's back in an elevator at Kawanishi-Noseguchi Station in Hyogo Prefecture on the evening of October 31. During questioning, he confessed to having done the same thing dozens of times. Since then five victims have reported to police that were targeted with mayonnaise in the same police precinct. Police are looking into whether Yamaguchi was involved in any of these cases.
